CastWise provides AI-powered fishing analysis, waterbody research, mapping, reports, catch logs, lake intelligence, and related tools for informational and recreational purposes only.
CastWise does not provide professional fishing, navigation, boating, safety, legal, environmental, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, equipment, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, fishing licenses, property rules, and local restrictions.
You retain ownership of photos, logs, notes, pins, and other content you submit or create in CastWise. By using the app, you grant CastWise a limited license to process, store, display, and analyze that content as needed to provide app functionality, improve the service, and support features you choose to use.
AI-generated fishing recommendations, species identifications, casting suggestions, lake intelligence, and reports may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate assumptions. You should independently evaluate all recommendations and use your own judgment.
Fishing involves real-world risks, including weather, water conditions, terrain, wildlife, boating hazards, private property, and changing local rules. CastWise is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, legal violations, or other losses resulting from your use of the app or reliance on app content.
You agree not to abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the app or its systems. You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with security features, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of CastWise at any time. We may also update features, pricing, limits, or app functionality as the product evolves.
The CastWise name, branding, design, software, interface, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from CastWise without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastWise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses related to use of or reliance on the app.
CastWise is provided on an āas isā and āas availableā basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CastWise if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk, or used the app unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
